Uninstalling the current Wacom drivers (6.3.15-1) and installing the previous version (6.3.11-3a) has stopped the launchctl[2] burning CPU message for me. Interesting to note, the current Wacom installer requires a reboot when done and the previous version does not.

シングルユーザーモード（黒い画面）で起動して起動のプロセスを確認する。
起動時に コマンド＋S を押しながら起動すると黒い画面が表示され起動のプロセスが流れていきます。
ここで長時間と待っているものがあれば、それが原因になります。
